At the heart of the SPS lies a completely redesigned architecture, enabling full interchangeability between its core components — the probe, extension cable, and transmitter. This modular approach significantly simplifies installation, replacement, and on-site maintenance, making the SPS ideal for both new projects and retrofits.
Key innovations include:
- Extended frequency range up to 10 kHz, capturing a broader spectrum of machine behavior
- Wide operating temperature range from –35°C to +180°C, suitable for the harshest environments
- Built-in Modbus RTU interface for digital integration with SCADA and condition monitoring systems
- Optional 4–20 mA processed output, allowing seamless connection to legacy PLCs or DCS platforms
