PUMPS, FANS, COOLING TOWERS SOLUTIONS OVERVIEW

MC-monitoring provides a wide range of online monitoring solutions for industrial equipment such as pumps, fans, and cooling towers. In cooling towers high vibration levels are naturally seen on cooling towers fans, gear boxes, shafts, and motors, in comparison with equipment operating in other industrial applications. Cooling towers also face specific environmental challenges, including very high humidity, wind, and dust.

Our monitoring solutions can detect typical failures such as mechanical misalignment, unbalance and wear of sleeve bearings and roller bearings.

These solutions are developed according to international standard such as ISO-10816 for the absolute bearing vibration, ISO-7919 for the relative shaft vibration and VDI-3832 for roller bearing. Our solutions include sensors, data acquisition units and software.

MC-monitoring’s proximity probes and piezoelectric sensors are specifically designed for these applications and their monitoring requirements. Our acquisition unit PMM-300 PLUS can process sensors signals for a wide range of monitoring solutions and our software can record trending and raw data for monitoring and analysis.
